Stephanie has a wealth of expertise in corporate governance best practice, compliance with the ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act. She has a strong background in the management of corporate and capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions, co-ordinating the listing process, and IPO-related requirements.

Prior to joining Source, Stephanie was a principal listings adviser at the ASX, advising on ASX Listing Rules compliance including continuous and periodic disclosure obligations, related party transactions, IPOs, capital raisings and other corporate transactions.

Stephanie is a Fellow member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
