As Executive Chairman of Source, Hal works closely with CEO Karthik Venkataraman and the leadership team to shape strategy, drive sustainable growth and ensure Source continues to evolve with client needs.

Before co-founding HPX Group, Hal built a legal career as an M&A partner, advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of industries. He has worked with founders, boards, growth companies and institutional investors on transformative deals.

Hal combines technical legal expertise with a strong understanding of how businesses operate and grow. That perspective informs his work at Source, where the focus is not only on legal and advisory expertise, but on delivering integrated, flexible solutions that help clients scale, manage risk and unlock opportunity.
