Andrea brings over two decades of expertise in the learning and development sector, with a specialisation in privacy training since 2003. She began her privacy career managing the education program for the NSW Privacy Commissioner’s Office, before joining Salinger Privacy to drive the development and delivery of a range of face-to-face privacy training programs, and creation of a suite of e-learning modules. She has crafted and implemented customised privacy training for valued clients such as QANTAS, Sage Software, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, Ampol and PRAXIS Australia, as well as bespoke solutions for professional bodies like the AMA and IAB Australia.

Renowned for her excellence as a specialist privacy trainer, Andrea consistently receives top ratings from training participants, who describe her as engaging, enthusiastic, and effective. She develops customised programs for clients, and facilitates certification courses, including the AIGP and CIPM programs, for the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). From 2020 to 2023, Andrea served on the IAPP’s ANZ Advisory Board, advancing the privacy profession in Australia and New Zealand.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts (Education and HR), is a Fellow of the IAPP, a Certified AI Governance Professional, a Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe (CIPP/E), a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), a Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT). Andrea is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) and a Certified Practitioner of Human Resources with the Australian Human Resources Institute.
