Penelope Bowling is a Senior Human Resources Consultant who partners with business owners and leaders to solve complex people and organisational challenges through practical, commercially focused solutions. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, she provides strategic and operational HR advice, helping organisations navigate change, strengthen leadership capability and achieve positive business outcomes.
Penelope’s career spans more than 20 years’ in senior human resources, organisational development and senior leadership roles, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face. Her Master of Business Psychology complements this experience, bringing an evidence-based perspective to organisational development, leadership and people strategy, with a focus on creating solutions that align to each organisation’s unique context and goals.
