Jo has over 20 years’ experience as an employment lawyer. After establishing her career in top tier private practice, Jo worked as Head of Workplace Relations and in-house Counsel at Virgin Australia (including through the pandemic and administration) and Associate Director of Workplace Relations at Griffith University. Jo’s private practice experience also included secondment to the Australian Building Construction Commission. Jo’s extensive in-house experience provides her with valuable insight into what clients need.
