Jelena has a breadth of experience advising on construction and infrastructure related matters, as well as providing general commercial advice. She is also experienced in drafting, advising on and negotiating complex legal contracts in the technology, building & infrastructure, rail and defence industries.

Jelena aims to break down lawyer stereotypes through her down-to-earth approach to working.

Jelena’s main area of experience is in Construction, although she also has experience in general commercial law and litigation.

Prior to joining Source, she spent 8 years at McCullough Robertson and 6 years in-house at Penske Australia and NZ.
