Jack leads our Real Estate team and advises clients on commercial and retail leasing, licenses, disclosure statements, and disputes involving leasing matters.

Jack has over 12 years PQE experience across commercial and property law, with a particular focus on leasing and associated disputes. He is known for his practical and strategic advice in matters that sit at the intersection of leasing, commercial law, and property development. Jack frequently handles matters end-to-end—from negotiation and drafting through to managing disputes and conducting his own appearance work where appropriate. Jack has deep expertise in leasing and property matters for clients in the retail and commercial sectors and understands the operational realities of fast-moving retail environments.

“I enjoy building strong relationships with my clients, helping them find the balance between pursuing their commercial interests and having sufficient legal protection. I particularly enjoy helping clients through leasing-related disputes and the associated advocacy work.”

Prior to joining Source, Jack worked in private practice in Melbourne across leasing, property development and estates. He has also held senior roles as practice manager and head of leasing and property teams at previous firms.

  • Practice Management Course – Law Institute of Victoria

Outside of work, Jack enjoys time with his wife and kids, all things sport and is the playing coach at Buninyong Cricket Club. Jack also sits on the Board of the Westvic Academy of Sports.
