Daniel is an experienced corporate governance professional and Senior Company Secretary. He has extensive experience advising clients on the effective management of board and executive responsibilities across listed, unlisted and not-for-profit companies, global subsidiary management, and the implementation of best governance practices for ASX-listed companies, multi-national groups and large private and not-for-profit companies.

Daniel is well regarded as a trusted adviser to boards and executive management teams of companies across diverse industries, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional governance and company secretarial support services.

Prior to joining Source, Daniel was a Company Secretary at a large, outsourced company secretarial services provider and has spent several years working within boutique commercial and litigation law firms. Daniel is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and Australian Institute of Company Directors.

  • Company Directors’ Course, Australian Institute of Company Directors
  • Admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a Lawyer
  • Justice of the Peace (Qld)
