How to make your monthly payments

One convenient monthly statement for all your purchases means you can see exactly what you've spent - with just one bill to pay. And there are a range of payment options, so one is sure to suit you.

Direct Debit from your savings or cheque account.

Over the phone or internet. Contact your bank to see if they offer a BPAY service (there may also be a fee charged by your Financial Institution).

You can make payments at:

You can pay your Coles Group Source MasterCard® account by:

  • Cash or EFTPOS – this is the quickest way for a payment to register on the account, as it will appear instantly.
  • Cheque (made payable to "GE Capital Finance Australia").

    If you pay by cheque, the payment amount will be credited to your account upon receipt; however, the funds will not be available to you as credit until your cheque is cleared (usually 5 working days).

Direct Debit – Quick, Sure… and Automatic

Set up a Direct Debit facility and you will never have to remember when your Coles Group Source MasterCard account payment is due.

Just decide how much you are happy to repay and it will be transferred each month via Direct Debit. So, even when you're away, your payments will be made. Easily. Automatically.

Take advantage of BPAY

You can pay your monthly statement over the phone or online using BPAY. If you are not already registered for phone or internet banking, you will need to contact your bank or financial institution to arrange registration.

Reference number: Your 16 digit card number

Always remember to record the date and BPAY receipt number as proof of payment. It usually takes 1 to 2 working days for BPAY payments to be processed onto your account. To avoid being charged any interest or late fees, we recommend that you make your BPAY payment 3 business days before your payment is due. There may be a fee charged by your Financial Institution.

Mail us your Cheque

To make your monthly account payment by mail using a cheque, simply mail it to:

GPO Box 236E
Melbourne VIC 8111

Your cheque or money order should be made payable to "GE Capital Finance Australia". Remember to write your account number on the back of your payment cheque. Please do not send any cash.

Pay at Australia Post

You can pay your account at any Australia Post outlet. Just present your statement with payment by:

  • Cash or EFTPOS.
  • Money order or cheque (made payable to "GE Capital Finance Australia").

Important notes:

  1. There is a $1.50 handling fee for using this service that will appear on your next statement. If you use a debit card for payment, there may also be a fee charged by your Financial Institution.
  2. If you pay by cheque, the payment amount will be credited to your account upon receipt; however, the funds will not be available to you as credit until your cheque is cleared (usually 5 working days).
