Activate your Coles Group Source MasterCard
Before you activate your card
For your protection, you need to activate your Coles Group Source MasterCard.
If you have more than one additional card, these cards will be mailed to you separately. Please ensure you have received these cards prior to activating your account.
Once you've activated your card, you can make purchases in-store and register to use our Online Service Centre to manage your account.
How to activate your card
The primary cardholder is the only person that can activate a card(s).
- Please ensure that each cardholder signs the back of their card using a black or blue ballpoint pen.
- Call 1300 306 525. If you are not upgrading from a Coles Group Card™ you can also
activate online.
- Enter the 16-digit card number located on the front of the Primary Cardholder's Coles Group Source MasterCard.
- Enter your (the Primary Cardholder's) date of birth.
- You will be asked to either enter your security password* OR your credit limit. If your credit limit has recently changed, please enter the new credit limit.
- Wait for the 'confirmation of activation' message.
- You are now able to use your Coles Group Source MasterCard to make purchases and register for the Online Service Centre.
* Don't worry if you've forgotten your password – we will ask you other questions to ensure that the appropriate person is activating the card.
After you activate your card
You are now able to use your Coles Group Source MasterCard.
If you are an existing Coles Group Card cardholder, you will no longer be able to use your old Coles Group Card(s).
