How do I upgrade to a Coles Group Source MasterCard?
It’s easy for existing Coles Group Card holders to apply to upgrade. You can complete an  Express Application form or you can upgrade in person at one of these stores:

What happens to my current Coles Group Card?
If you apply via the Express Application form and are approved for a Coles Group Source MasterCard, it will replace your Coles Group Card.
As soon as your Coles Group Source MasterCard is activated, your Coles Group Card balance will be transferred to the new card and the Coles Group Card will no longer work. You should then destroy the old Coles Group Card.

Can I keep my Coles Group Card and have a new Coles Group Source MasterCard?
No. The Coles Group Source MasterCard will replace your existing card. Once you activate your Coles Group Source MasterCard you will not be able to use your Coles Group Card.

What happens to my account balances and/or transactions?
Once you have received and activated your new card, your existing Coles Group Card account balance will show on your Coles Group Source MasterCard statement.
Information regarding the interest rate that applies to the transferred amount will be included in the letter that is sent with your new card.

We will also upgrade all additional card(s) linked to your account. Find out more information about additional cards.
