How long are Fuel Saver Vouchers valid for?
Each Fuel Saver Voucher is valid for approximately one month, depending on mailing cycles and the exact date of delivery to you. The expiry date will be stated on the voucher.

What happens if I lose my Fuel Saver Voucher?
Unfortunately, Fuel Saver Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, so please store them in a safe and secure place.

Do I have to become a FlyBuys member in order to earn Fuel Saver Vouchers?
No, but you will need to be a FlyBuys member to be able to earn FlyBuys points when you use your Coles Group Source MasterCard.

How do I qualify to receive Fuel Saver Vouchers?
Every $30 or more spent in one transaction at a participating Coles Group Limited store on your Coles Group Source MasterCard earns you a 4 cent Fuel Saver Voucher, to be sent to you in the following month. You can earn up to four 4 cent Fuel Saver Vouchers per month.

Which stores are ‘participating Coles Group stores’?
The participating Coles Group stores are Coles, BI-LO, Liquorland, Coles Central, Pick’n Pay Hypermarket, and Liquorland Express stores or online with ShopFast. All purchases at Coles Express or Liquorland Direct are excluded from this offer.

As an existing Coles Group Source MasterCard customer, do I require a new card to be eligible for petrol savings on the Coles Group Source MasterCard?
No. Simply continue to use your existing Coles Group Source MasterCard.

Do I receive a Fuel Saver Voucher for every $30 I spend in a single transaction?
No. You can earn only one Fuel Saver Voucher per transaction, up to four per month.
For example, if you spend $30 in one transaction, you will receive one Fuel Saver Voucher. If you spend $90 in one transaction, you will still receive one Fuel Saver Voucher, not three.

What is the maximum number of Fuel Saver Vouchers that may be issued to each customer?
You can earn a maximum of four Fuel Saver Vouchers per statement month. A limit of 52 Fuel Saver Vouchers will be issued per account per annum (depending on mailing cycles).

Can additional cardholders on the Coles Group Source MasterCard earn Fuel Saver Vouchers?

What do I have to do to redeem this offer?
Combine a valid Fuel Saver Voucher with a valid 4 cent Fuel Discount Receipt (or any other amount which may be stated on a Fuel Discount Receipt), which you receive when you spend $30 or more in one transaction at Coles, BI-LO or Liquorland, to save 8 cents per litre on fuel at Coles Express service stations (or more, depending on the value of the Fuel Discount Receipt). At which service stations can these Fuel Saver Vouchers be redeemed?
Fuel Saver Vouchers can be redeemed at any Coles Express service station across Australia. Visit the Coles Express website to find your nearest Coles Express service station.

Are there any exclusions that pertain to this offer?
- Yes. This offer is not valid for Fleet Card, Shell Card, Motorcharge or Motorpass purchases or in conjunction with any other offers unless specified otherwise.
- This offer is not available to existing Coles Group Source MasterCard cardholders with FlyBuys Points EXTRA FAST.
- This offer is not available on purchases made at Coles Express or Liquorland Direct.
- The fuel discount offer is not available on purchases made at BI-LO Discount Petrol Bundaberg and BI-LO Discount Petrol Mooroopna.
- Calculation of your entitlement to a Fuel Discount Receipt excludes the purchase of tobacco and related products in Queensland and gift cards.
- A Fuel Saver Voucher is not valid if it has been defaced, damaged or altered, is past its expiry date or is a copy.
- Coles Express reserves the right to at any time suspend or terminate this offer provided under these terms and conditions, or to otherwise vary these terms and conditions, by giving you at least 30 days prior notice.

What is the maximum amount of fuel I can purchase with one Fuel Saver Voucher?
One Fuel Saver Voucher entitles you to an additional discount off the pump price of all fuels from Coles Express service stations for:
- One fuel type for one vehicle up to a maximum of 150 litres (including a maximum of 25 litres in an approved container); or
- Two fuel types for one vehicle (up to a combined maximum of 150 litres); or
- Two fuel types up to a combined maximum of 150 litres, for one vehicle and one approved container (up to a maximum of 25 litres).
The Fuel Saver Voucher must be used with a valid Fuel Discount Receipt, which you receive when you spend $30 or more in one transaction at Coles, BI-LO or Liquorland.

Can I use the Fuel Saver Voucher if I don’t have a Fuel Discount Receipt?

What is the maximum amount the Coles Group Source MasterCard petrol offer enables me to save?
Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, each Fuel Saver Voucher entitles you to receive an additional discount of 4 cents per litre off the pump price of all fuels at Coles Express service stations when presented before its expiry date with a valid 4 cent Fuel Discount Receipt (or any other amount which may be stated on a Fuel Discount Receipt), which you receive when you spend $30 or more in one transaction at Coles, BI-LO or Liquorland.
In total, you can save eight cents per litre on the price of fuel at Coles Express (or more, depending on the value of the Fuel Discount Receipt).

Can I use this offer to purchase LPG/diesel?
Yes, you may purchase all fuel types available at Coles Express and get the combined fuel offer discount. Please note that not all fuel types are available at all Coles Express service stations.
