Can I choose my own PIN?
Yes, simply
- Call 1300 559 082
- Follow the prompts and have your card number ready
- Choose and enter your own 4 digit PIN
Please note: To increase the security around your PIN, please ensure that when you select your PIN; you must not use your birth date or an alphabetical or numeric code, which is a recognisable part of your name or address. You must not select a PIN which has sequential numbers, for example, '1234' or where all numbers are the same, for example, '1111'. If you do not comply with these instructions, you may be liable for any loss suffered from unauthorised transactions.

I have forgotten my PIN how do I get a new one?
You can create your own PIN, simply:
- Call 1300 559 082
- Follow the prompts and have your card number ready
- Choose and enter your own 4 digit PIN

Other important points when selecting your own PIN
*It is important to select a PIN that is easily remembered only to you without creating a written record of the PIN
*It is important that you do not:
- Write or create a record of your new self selected PIN on your card
- Store a record of your new self selected PIN in an unencrypted, low security device including mobile phones, personal computers, PDA's, Blackberrys, calculators etc
- Store a record of an inadequately disguised self selected PIN - Eg: reversing numbers
- Store a record of the PIN Change Reference Number: or a record of the self selected PIN in a phone utilised to access our IVR or a personal computer
*To prevent the fraudulent use of your card, it is essential that you do not keep your card and PIN together. In the event of loss or theft, you may be held liable for any unauthorised transactions on your account if you have your card and PIN together at the time of loss or theft
*If your Card or PIN is lost or stolen, it is essential you notify us as soon as possible and preferably immediately upon realisation of the loss or theft
