What's changing?
- Effective Monday 1 October 2007, Coles Myer Source® MasterCard will be called Coles Group Source™ MasterCard®.
- Myer will no longer be accepting the Coles Group Source™ MasterCard® (Blue card or Gold card) for payments.
- The Coles Group Source™ MasterCard® will continue to be accepted for purchases and returns, as it is an external credit card.

When and how will I be notified of these changes? |

Commencing August, all Coles Myer Source® MasterCard account holders will receive statement messages advising them of the changes, at Myer from 1 October 2007. |

Will the card name change to reflect that Myer is no longer part of the Coles Group? |
| A: |
The Coles Myer Source® MasterCard will be known as the Coles Group Source™ MasterCard® from 1st October 2007. |

Where can customers make payments to these cards? |
| A: |
Payments can be made at any Kmart and Target store or by Bpay, Direct Debit or Cheque In The Mail or any Australia Post store (with a $1.50 charge). Please refer to the statement for the other payment options outside of Myer. |

Will I need a replacement card because of the changes? |
| A: |
No not at all. When your card is due for replacement you will receive a card with the new card name until that time you can continue to enjoy shopping with your existing card. |

Will these changes have any affect my COUs or contract documents? |
| A: |
No – your existing rights or obligations under your COUs and contract documents will not be affected. |
