What criteria do I need to meet?
Before applying for a Coles Group Source MasterCard please make sure that:
- You are 18 years or older; and
- You are a permanent resident of Australia.

Do I need to be a member of FlyBuys to apply?
You do not need to be a member of FlyBuys to apply for a Coles Group Source MasterCard. However, to earn more Flybuys points
you need to present your FlyBuys card when you pay with your Coles Group MasterCard and also register your FlyBuys membership
number.
If you are not yet a member of FlyBuys, you can  join now and register your FlyBuys membership details later.

What information do I need to complete the application form?
You will need the following information to complete the application form:
- details of your income and employment;
- means of identification e.g. Australian driver's licence; and
- landlord details (if renting).

The application form is asking for a password. What is this and why do I need it?
A password is a unique identifier that only you will know. You will be asked to provide this password when you activate your card to verify that it is actually you who is activating the card. You will also be asked for this password whenever you contact us by phone.

When can I start shopping with my new Coles Group Source MasterCard?
Once your application is approved, you should receive your card in the mail within 5-10 working days.
For your protection you will need to activate your card prior to using it.
